One-point advice from Ms. Hoshizuki
This time, the theme is "Self-Production."
I will share tips on how to present yourself.
It is said that the first impression is formed in the "first 5 seconds."
It's difficult to judge a person's character in such a short time, isn't it?
So, what kind of information is conveyed in 5 seconds?
"Impression," "atmosphere," "vibe"...
There are various factors that create these, but "facial expressions" and "posture" seem to have a significant impact.
You often hear the term "body sculpting," right?
To achieve an ideal figure, we exercise and strengthen our muscles.
The same applies to the face.
There are over 30 facial muscles, and it is said that only 30-40% of them are used in daily life.
If you don't consciously move them, your muscle strength will decline, and you won't be able to control them freely, making it difficult to create a natural smile.
Since the pandemic started and mask-wearing became common, I often hear people say, "I can't smile properly."
Many people are even embarrassed to take off their masks in public...
Do you think people around you will find your facial expression charming if you don't think it's good?
The answer is NO.
Daily effort is the most important thing.
Try to be mindful of smiling every day, chew your food thoroughly, and start with what you can.
It's also good to train your facial muscles to build confidence!
・You'll have more expressive facial expressions.
・You can maintain a youthful face.
・You'll become more positive.
You can expect these effects.
Also, a good posture can be created through daily awareness.
A slouching posture gives a negative impression of lacking confidence and also affects vocalization.
Master the correct posture and get a dignified aura!
