This portal site introduces simple stretches that you can easily do every day in your spare time, so please take a look.
Acupressure Points for a Clear Head
Try pressing your thumb into the hollow of your temple.
Simply pressing slowly can be effective for eye strain, headaches, stress relief, and dizziness.
When stretching, focusing on deep breathing can help you relax your whole body and be more effective.
If you want to feel even more refreshed, try neck stretches too.
