[High School Internship Activity Report] We participated in the GBJ Youth Exchange Meeting!
Hello! We are Tamaki Enomoto, Erika Otomo, and Yui Nakayama from the International Course at Hiroo Gakuen High School.

On November 25, 2025, we participated in an exchange meeting with representatives from Kajima Corporation, GOYOH, GBJ, and Von Elfr. At this meeting, each organization presented its initiatives, and we were able to deepen our learning through an exchange of ideas.
We presented the signage we had created so far. It was a very valuable experience to introduce how we considered social issues in our design and the creative efforts we put in, and to receive direct feedback from company representatives.
We also heard a presentation on GOYOH's initiatives, specifically about the demonstration experiments being conducted at "HANEDA INNOVATION CITY (HICity)" near Haneda Airport. We learned how data related to ESG, such as CO₂ reduction, disaster prevention, and regional contribution, is collected and analyzed to improve facility operations, and we gained concrete insights into how data is utilized to solve real social issues.
Furthermore, we learned in detail about the activities of GBJ Youth. GBJ Youth promotes the importance of green buildings to younger generations through workshops and other activities. Listening to the representative of the organization gave us great inspiration for our future career paths. We reaffirmed the importance of addressing social and environmental issues and taking proactive action.
At the exchange meeting, we also had the opportunity to converse with GOYOH interns, who shared a lot about their internship work and study abroad experiences. Through this exchange meeting, we learned the importance of companies, students, and organizations collaborating to address social issues. We hope to apply this experience to our future internship activities and our own futures. We are grateful to Kajima Corporation and GOYOH for providing us with this valuable opportunity.
