What is Break Time?
As part of our efforts to create an environment where everyone can work healthily and efficiently, we hold a refresh time in the cafe space where everyone can enjoy snacks.

Event Overview
Location: Cafe
Date and Time: November 10th, 15:00~15:30
We will welcome Professor Hoshizuki, who was popular last time, and refresh together with a stretch.
This time, we will focus on stretches to relieve stiff shoulders and swelling!
Break Time is an initiative that helps refresh by actually promoting actions that activate happy hormones.
Please feel free to join us.

Instructor
Rio Hoshizuki
As a child actress, she appeared in various stage productions, including "Annie." In 2008, she joined the Takarazuka Revue as a 94th-generation member. Her debut performance was in the Moon Troupe production "ME AND MY GIRL." In the same year, she was assigned to the Cosmos Troupe. Her main performances include "The Rose of Versailles," "TOP HAT," "Elisabeth," "WEST SIDE STORY," "Papa, I Love You," "Anastasia," and many others. In September 2021, she retired from the Takarazuka Revue with "Sherlock Holmes -The Game Is Afoot!- " and "Délicieux! -A Sweet Paris-."
