High School Internship Activity Report
Hello! We are Tamaki Enomoto, Eriko Otomo, and Yui Nakayama from the International Course at Hiroo Gakuen Senior High School.
The three of us have always been interested in design and architecture, so we requested an internship with Kajima Corporation starting in July 2025. Currently, we are working with GOYOH, a company dedicated to creating comfortable living spaces, and challenging ourselves to create digital signage on the themes of "green buildings" and "sustainability." It's challenging to think about things that can actually be used in society, but it's also very fresh and educational. Through experiences we can't get in our daily school life, we are learning how the work of creating spaces relates to the future and the environment.
At a recent event, we participated in a makeup lesson for employees. It was a very fruitful experience to observe how not only the building itself, but also the initiatives carried out within it, actually affect user satisfaction. We also toured Kajima Corporation's actual office and were surprised by the various innovations.

I've played basketball since elementary school, and lived in Malaysia during junior high!
Eriko Otomo
3rd year at Hiroo Gakuen Senior High School
I'm in the dance club and have lived in America. I'm interested in urban development!
Yui Nakayama
I was in the cheerleading club during high school. I've lived in the UK and Peru. I'm interested in environmental design!
Through this internship, I hope to learn about the breadth of the construction industry and its contribution to society, and apply this knowledge to my future career and studies!
