[October/November] Zen Event for Workers
Overview
We will be holding a Zen event for those who work in this building.
We welcome Shinko Nishida, a Soto Zen priest who shares Buddhist teachings through events and social media so that they can be better applied to daily life. The purpose of this event is to make Zen more accessible to everyone. It's not a strict or intimidating practice, but rather an office-casual content that can be incorporated into your lifestyle today for a calmer existence.
We hope that participating in this "Zen event" will be an opportunity for those working in this building to reset their minds amidst their work.
This event is open to people of all ages and genders. Please come in your usual attire. We also plan to have Q&A and other interactions. This is a rare opportunity to get to know a monk and Buddhism, so please join us.
