Overview
"Magical Ways of Listening and Communicating that Resonate with Adults ~Communication Skills Transformed by a Single Word~"
Have you ever considered how much unconsciously used words can demotivate others? I am a mother of triplets, who were the main culprits of classroom disruption during my first experience with childcare. In the midst of daily, overwhelming childcare, I studied psychology and now teach communication skills to companies and mothers raising children.
If you are struggling with communication with your boss, subordinates, colleagues, or business partners, please join us.

Course Content
・Effective Listening
Techniques for deep understanding and building trust through listening
Listening while doing something else, or being listened to while looking away. In contrast, by making eye contact and using interjections such as "ha, fu, he, ho, + so", the speaker feels at ease and can reach their own conclusions.
・Labeling Terms
How to recognize and improve the impact of unconsciously used words on others
Do you use judgmental words like "Do it again" or "You're always like that" without thinking?
・"I" Message: The Most Powerful Way to Reprimand
Effective reprimanding that resonates with others and promotes behavioral change
Messages with "you" as the subject, such as "You must do this," "You should do this," or "You should stop doing that," may not convey your message to the other person, who might only wish for the situation to end, potentially causing them to stop thinking for themselves. We will explain in detail the "I" message, which resonates with others.
This course involves speaking aloud and hands-on experience.
Rumi Shimaya
Parent-Child Counselor, Communication Coach

A communication expert who has developed a unique "communication program" based on psychology, and has instructed over 3,000 people to date.
Combining her challenging experience of raising mischievous triplets with psychological theories, she has systematized "magical communication" – ways of listening and speaking that encourage self-initiated action. Her concrete methods for breaking the negative cycle of "relationships deteriorating from over-communication" and "intentions not being understood" are highly regarded as being directly applicable not only to family relationships but also to workplace relationships and subordinate development. Currently, she is widely active as an instructor for employee training in companies that conduct over 800 exercise sessions annually, video production companies, and as a lecturer for educational seminars organized by local governments (Shinjuku Ward, Fukushima Prefecture, Yamagata Prefecture, etc.).
Her book, "The Monster Triplets' Mom Discovers Magical Ways to Praise and Scold Children that Resonate with Them (Kodansha)," ranked No. 1 in 3 categories on Amazon. She has also appeared on various media outlets, including ABEMA TV.
