One-point advice from Rio Hoshizuki
This time, the theme is "relaxation."
Here are some tips to help you enjoy each day comfortably.

How are you all doing?
This is Hoshizuki.
Bath time is one of the relaxation times.
Many people probably just take a shower when they are busy, right?
Even if it's for a short time, it's good to soak in the bathtub as much as possible.
Warming your body not only relieves fatigue but also has a refreshing effect that reduces swelling and tension!
A temperature of around 38℃ to 40℃ is recommended.
While longer isn't always better, ideally you should soak for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Frequency over duration.
It is important to continue it daily and make it a habit.
For bath salts, it's best to use what you find most soothing, rather than focusing on the effects!
(Personally, I love Epsom salts. They help keep me warm even in winter.)
You'll sweat, so be sure to hydrate before and after your bath.
Please don't overdo it, and prioritize comfort.
